He has burn scars across his chest, on both arms, on his left foot and on top of his head. Hale has a small tattoo of a shark in water on his upper chest. His left ear is pierced. He may go by the initial “D” or the nickname Dawayne.
Details of Disappearance:: Hale disappeared from his home near Warner and Lindsay roads in Gilbert, Arizona on December 14, 2005. He hasn’t been seen since. Three days later, he texted his boss saying he was going to urgent care and would be back to work in four days, but he never showed up or contacted anyone again. He lived with his 18-year-old son. His mom and sister in Texas usually heard from him regularly, but haven’t since he vanished. He left everything behind – his car, his clothes, everything. The police still don’t know what happened to him.
