- Janatka went to Maui, Hawaii for a vacation to relax and de-stress. He rented a car for a week. The last time anyone heard from him was February 19, 2014, when he spoke to his girlfriend. He sounded worried and acted strangely, according to people who saw him. He disappeared completely.
His girlfriend reported him missing on March 12th. On February 22nd, his rental car was found abandoned on Ulaino Road in Hana, Maui. Everything was still inside: his bags, wallet, ID, passport, phone, and money. Police searched thoroughly but couldn’t find him. It’s possible he’s living on the streets. The mystery of what happened to him remains unsolved.
