- Details of Disappearance:
- Dawud disappeared in Pasadena, California on February 7, 2017. He was seen near Elizabeth Street and hasn’t been heard from since. He was healthy and often walked around the area. It’s unusual for him to disappear like this.
Three weeks later, his grandson, Raheem Karriem, was arrested for murder in Los Angeles. Raheem was the last person to see Dawud, and police are suspicious about his grandfather’s disappearance. Raheem has a criminal history (mostly financial crimes) and was on parole at the time.
Even though Raheem is a person of interest, no one has been charged with Dawud’s disappearance, and the case remains unsolved.
