Details of Disappearance:: On May 29, 1991, Arvanites disappeared. She left her home in Ashtabula, Ohio, to hitchhike to a concert at Conneaut Lake Park in Pennsylvania (about 40 miles away). A huge motorcycle rally was happening at the park that weekend – thousands of bikers were there. Arvanites said she had a ticket for both the concert and the rally. A friend saw her at the park, but that’s the last anyone ever saw or heard from her. She never came home. Arvanites had two sons, who were raised by family. She was divorced but got along well with her ex-husband. The police think something bad happened to her and are still investigating.
