Details of Disappearance:: Carver disappeared from Cedar City, Utah on April 28, 2015. Earlier that day, she went to a tulip festival with staff from a mental health center that helped her. The last time anyone saw her, she was sitting by her apartment door in Cedar City. A staff member had just given her her medicine. She vanished without a trace. Even though she had mental health challenges, disappearing like this was very unusual for her. Police haven’t been able to find her.
