- Details of Disappearance:
- On September 25, 1997, a man named Elder disappeared from a house on Dryden Avenue in Dallas, Texas. He was with his friend, Demerick Walker, and neither man has been seen since. We don’t have any information about Walker.
Shortly after Elder vanished, his apartment was checked and his safety deposit box was empty. Before he disappeared, Elder received a $30,000 settlement because of possible lead poisoning from a nearby factory. His truck was later found abandoned in Lancaster, Texas.
In October 1997, Elder’s brother got a threatening phone call from someone who said Elder was dead and told the brother to stay out of certain business or he would be killed.
The police haven’t solved the mystery of what happened to Elder.
