Distinguishing Characteristics Biracial (African-American/Hispanic) female. Black hair, brown eyes. Brown-Boussetta’s nicknames are Dev and China. She may use the last name Dickerson. She has the following tattoos: the word “China” on her left arm, a flower on her right breast and a Chinese woman on her back. She has a burn scar on her upper right thigh and a scar on her earlobe from a previous tear. Brown-Boussetta speaks very slowly. Her ears are pierced and she has a gap between her upper front teeth.
Details of Disappearance:
On September 5, 2006, Brown-Boussetta was last seen at her Pittsburgh apartment around 2:30 PM. Her landlord saw her eating and ironing. Then, she vanished. Her apartment looked untouched when police checked it later, like she’d just stepped out. Her car was found abandoned nearby.

Brown-Boussetta was from Florida and had recently gone through a tough time: she lost her job, lost custody of her daughter, and her marriage ended in divorce (finalized after she disappeared). Her ex-husband didn’t even know she was missing for two years.

No one knows what happened to her. The case is still unsolved.
