Francis has a tattoo of a heart on her left calf and a tattoo of the letters “JT” on her right arm, and her ears are pierced. She has scars on both arms and on her face, and she has a space between her two upper front teeth where the teeth turn away from each other. She may go by her middle name, Theresa, or use the alias names Diane Theresa Foreman and/or Kimberly Theresa Foreman.
Details of Disappearance:: Francis was last seen by her family in Melbourne, Florida in June 2003. The last confirmed sighting was in Jacksonville, Florida in November 2005, after she was arrested for trespassing and released. She lived a risky and unstable life, moving around a lot in southeast Florida. Because of this, and the lack of information, finding her has been very difficult. Even a private investigator hired by her daughters couldn’t find her. It wasn’t until 2015 that her disappearance was officially reported by a former boyfriend. There’s not much information available about what happened to her.
