She has the following tattoos: the name “Sahri” on her upper right shoulder, a rose on her upper left thigh, a heart with the name “Jeffrey” on her right thigh, and a black panther on her the left side of her upper back.
- Details of Disappearance:
- Ayellah disappeared after being last seen at a Hawthorne, California medical facility on February 1, 2005. She left behind her baby daughter. Because she had a history of drug use and running away from home, police and her family initially thought she’d just left.
However, in 2010, police found Ayellah’s ID card in the home of Lonnie Franklin Jr., the “Grim Sleeper” serial killer. Franklin was convicted of killing at least ten women (and attempting to kill another) between the 1980s and 2000s. Police believe he may have killed many more. They found thousands of photos and videos of women in his home, some of whom were later identified as alive. Others were identified as victims or missing persons.
While Ayellah isn’t officially linked to Franklin, the fact her ID was found in his possession keeps her case open and investigators are still exploring a possible connection. Her disappearance remains a mystery.
