- Two children, Briana and Sebastian, vanished from Hallandale Beach, Florida on December 3, 2011. Their mom, Marcela Conklin, who didn’t have legal custody, took them. Police issued an arrest warrant for Marcela on December 5th for kidnapping.
Marcela (born July 27, 1981) is Hispanic, about 5’3″ tall and weighs 125 pounds. She has brown hair, brown eyes, and pierced ears. A picture of her is available.
Police think Marcela, Briana, and Sebastian might be hiding in Cochabamba, Bolivia. The case is being investigated by police in Virginia.
