Brittanee disappeared from Myrtle Beach in 2009. Thirteen years later, her body was found in the woods near Georgetown, South Carolina. Police used DNA and dental records to confirm it was her. They think she was killed – raped and strangled – very soon after she went missing. A man named Raymond Douglas Moody has been arrested and charged with her kidnapping, rape, and murder.
