- Cullen disappeared after being released from jail in Ocoee, Florida on August 22, 2016. He’d been arrested for driving with a suspended license. No one has heard from him since. He might have gone to Vero Beach, Florida. This is unusual for him; he wouldn’t normally disappear like this. His family says he was hanging out with some bad people around the time he vanished.
