- Little Cynthia was last seen playing outside her apartment building on Elm Street in San Jose, California on April 27, 1974. She disappeared and has never been found. Her mom, Linda, started looking for her around 1:30 or 1:45 p.m. that day. After searching for 30 minutes without finding her, she called the police.
