- Mr. Salado disappeared in Indio Hills, California. He was last seen leaving his home early in the morning of October 29, 1998.
Two weeks later, his truck was found abandoned near Interstate 10 in Los Angeles. His gun was missing from the truck, and there might have been blood inside. The truck radio was on an English station, even though Mr. Salado only listened to Spanish stations.
Neighbors heard gunshots around the time he disappeared. Police think something bad happened to him, and they’re still investigating.
