- Details of Disappearance:
- On December 5, 1991, McCommon fell out of a boat on the Tennessee River near Chattanooga, Tennessee. He was going through a set of locks on the river when this happened. People saw him fall into the water near Chickamauga Dam and disappear. He never came back up, so everyone believes he drowned, but his body was never found.
