- A woman named Burwell-Workman vanished from her Oakland, California home on December 3, 2002. Seven years later, in March 2009, her skeleton was discovered in her bedroom. Her house was incredibly cluttered, filled with so many of her possessions that a pile of things likely collapsed, possibly crushing or suffocating her. Her children found her remains while cleaning out the house.
