- Details of Disappearance:
- Kemp disappeared in St. Petersburg, Florida on April 25, 2018. He was last seen by his girlfriend, who said everything seemed normal. He left to visit a neighbor on his black beach cruiser bike (with white dots and red parts – see photo). He’s never been seen or heard from since.
A few days later, that neighbor was arrested for a different murder. The neighbor bragged about killing others but said he didn’t hurt Kemp. Police aren’t sure if the neighbor is connected to Kemp’s disappearance. The case is still a mystery.
