- Details of Disappearance:
- Gothard disappeared in California in September 2006. His car was left on the Golden Gate Bridge three days later, and people saw someone jump from the bridge around that time. The Coast Guard searched the bay but only found one of his shoes and some things from his wallet. Gothard was having trouble with his girlfriend before he disappeared. It’s thought he jumped off the bridge and died, but his body was never found.
