- Details of Disappearance:
- On October 22, 2019, at 8:27 pm, Smith was last seen near a botanical garden at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. He talked to a campus police officer, saying he was walking to Murphy Dome Road. He headed toward Sheep Creek and disappeared. No one has heard from him since. The police weren’t notified until November 7th. Not much is known about what happened to him.
