- On December 11, 2011, Juarez-Figueroa left his home in Fort Myers, Florida, in his dark blue and silver minivan to visit his son in Austin, Texas. He was driving a 2000 Ford Econoline E150 (license plate ADQF55).
That night, he called his fiancée and said he was at a Motel 6 in Brownsville, Texas. The motel confirmed his stay. However, he never made it to Austin and hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Florida police are looking into what happened.
