He has numerous tattoos on his right arm and shoulder, including a music note; a photo of some of these tattoos is posted with this case summary. Curry’s nickname is Shawn.
- Details of Disappearance:
- On January 31, 2016, Curry disappeared in Thomasville, Alabama. He’s never been seen or heard from since. Someone saw Tremaine Nickerson driving Curry’s gray BMW after he vanished. The car was later found in Yellow Bluff, Alabama, and Curry’s blood was inside. (Pictures of Nickerson and the car are available.) In January 2020, Nickerson was arrested and charged with Curry’s murder. Curry’s body has never been found, but police believe he was murdered because of the evidence.
