Details of Disappearance:
Payne-Bishop disappeared after being seen at a casino in Chester, Pennsylvania on May 17, 2018. His burned-out car was later found in a Philadelphia park, but his family says he had no reason to be there. He was reportedly gambling a lot before he vanished, and no one knows what happened to him. The case is still a mystery.
