- Little Irwin disappeared from Houston, Texas on November 30, 2002. His mom, Elvia Bravo Ibarra, who didn’t have legal custody, took him. Police issued an arrest warrant for her in 2004.
Elvia (born September 18, 1974) was 26 when she took Irwin. She’s Hispanic, about 5 feet tall and 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She might go by the last name Bravo only, and she might have changed her hair color.
Irwin and Elvia could still be in or around Houston, or they may have gone to Mexico. Police haven’t found them yet.
