Details of Disappearance:
Holt disappeared in Twin Lake, Michigan on January 3, 2018. He was last seen near Bayne and Maple Island Roads. He didn’t contact his brother the next day like he was supposed to, and his phone went straight to voicemail.

Police checked his home and found it empty and unlocked. His car and many of his belongings (coat, shoes, cigarettes, car keys) were there, but his phone, wallet, and house keys were missing. This is strange because he always carried his cigarettes. A little of his blood was found in the driveway, but a dog trained to find bodies couldn’t smell anything.

Since then, his phone’s been off and his credit cards haven’t been used. His family says he was fighting for custody of his five kids and wouldn’t have killed himself. Although his ex-wife’s boyfriend had threatened him, he was in Louisiana the day Holt vanished and is no longer considered a suspect.

No one knows what happened to Holt. The case is still unsolved.
