- Details of Disappearance:
- On April 3rd, 2008, a woman named Olsen checked into a motel in Weaverville, California. Nobody has seen or heard from her since. Her sister reported her missing on April 7th. That same day, a letter postmarked April 3rd arrived for the sister in Washington state. The letter included a suicide note, Olsen’s credit cards, and her car registration. Later that evening, police found Olsen’s white Toyota truck parked at Whiskeytown National Recreation Area in Shasta County, California. A big search turned up nothing. Olsen lived in Sebastopol, California. Police still don’t know what happened to her. The case is still open.
