- Details of Disappearance:
- On December 20, 1984, baby Donel was kidnapped from his mother’s apartment in Inglewood, California. A man claiming to have photos of Donel tricked his way inside. The man, described as a tall, thin Caucasian male with brown hair and a mustache, was wearing a white shirt and dark tie. While Donel’s mother briefly left the room to get him water, both the man and the baby disappeared. No ransom was demanded, and neither Donel nor the kidnapper has ever been found. Police investigated portrait salespeople who were canvassing the area, but found no connection to the crime. Donel’s mother passed a lie detector test. The case remains a mystery.
