- Someone named Chavers disappeared from her home on East 7th Street in Sanford, Florida, sometime in August 1989. No one reported her missing until a year later, in August 1990. Then, in August 1991, fishermen found her bones in a wooded area near Osteen, Florida. She had been murdered. Because her remains were so badly decayed, she wasn’t identified until April 2020.
