- Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Brown hair, brown eyes. Plummer has facial acne, as well as acne scarring. He is blind in his left eye, which wanders as a result. He wears eyeglasses. Both of his second toes are long and his pinky toes turn outward.

- On January 17, 2001, Plummer disappeared from his job at a sandwich shop in Salt Lake City, Utah. He hasn’t been seen or heard from since. Around the time he vanished, he’d broken up with his girlfriend and was moving apartments. He didn’t have a car and used the bus to get around. He lived in Taylorsville, Utah, but might have gone to Ephraim or Mount Pleasant, Utah. The police still haven’t figured out what happened to him.
