Details of Disappearance:
Francis disappeared on May 4, 2011, in Sistersville, West Virginia. He left his mom’s house around 3:00 p.m. with his kids for an appointment, driving his brother’s car. Later, at 5:36 p.m., he called to ask if he could use the car for work; his brother said yes. This was his last known call. Gas station cameras show him getting gas afterward.

His estranged wife said he mentioned going to the nearby dam to use the restroom. He never showed up for work and wasn’t heard from again. His family wasn’t worried at first because he sometimes worked late nights. They only realized he was missing on May 6th when his boss couldn’t reach him.

His father found his car locked at the dam. His phone, wallet, money, keys, and even his necklace medallion were inside, but Francis was gone.

Francis was a normal guy. He graduated high school in 1993, lived with his mom, worked construction, and studied criminal justice online. He had four children who visited him regularly, and his family says he wouldn’t just leave them. His mom said he seemed fine the day he vanished.

The police are investigating, but how he disappeared remains a mystery.
