- On December 4th, 2008, a man named Lacz went fishing from Sewaren, New Jersey. He left his car and boat trailer at the marina but never came back. The next morning, his boat was found 20 miles out to sea near East Rockaway, New York. His wallet, life jackets, and boat key were all on the boat, and the engine was on. Lacz was gone. It’s believed he fell overboard and drowned, but his body was never recovered.
