- Howard disappeared in Milford Center, Ohio. He was last seen on May 23, 1976, on Route 1. His red and white Ford F-150 pickup truck was found abandoned two days later near Collins and Maple Ridge Roads. His keys and some of his stuff were still in the truck, but Howard was gone. Not much is known about what happened, and police think his disappearance is suspicious.
