- Details of Disappearance:
- On February 27, 1994, 22-year-old Michaela Eittreim left her boyfriend’s place on Brown Street in Napa, California, around 9:30 PM. She was heading home to Patchett Street, planning to stop at an ATM and a liquor store along the way. But she never made it. Nobody saw her at the liquor store, and she didn’t use the ATM. She vanished without a trace.
Michaela was a college student studying art, hoping to transfer to UC Berkeley. She worked at a local gift shop. She sometimes drank too much and would sometimes go home with people she didn’t know. After she disappeared, her bank account (with $900 in it), her social security number, and her final paycheck were never used.
Police believe she was murdered, but her case remains unsolved.
