Distinguishing Characteristics:
Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian female. Blonde hair, blue eyes. Prescott often dyes her hair black or auburn. She wears contact lenses tinted green. Her nickname is Beth and she may use her maiden name, Pagliacceti.
Details of Disappearance:
On April 30th, 2004, Prescott vanished from her apartment in Panama City, Florida. Her husband last saw her around 5:30 a.m. before going to work. When he got home at 4:00 p.m., she was gone. A wet towel and $50 were missing, but there were no signs of a break-in or fight.

Prescott didn’t have a car and always walked. She also didn’t have a cell phone or credit cards, and she left all her belongings behind.

Police first thought she left on her own, but because she’s never been heard from since, they now suspect foul play. Her family suspects either her husband (married just two months before she disappeared) or her long-term boyfriend. Neither is officially a suspect, though, because there’s not enough evidence. Another person was questioned because he told friends he’d killed her, but his story didn’t add up, and he wouldn’t cooperate.

The case remains a mystery.
