Details of Disappearance:: On November 20, 2016, at 1:30 AM, Mayfield was seen leaving the Hollywood Casino in Kansas City, Kansas. She walked south from the casino and disappeared. No one has heard from her since. It’s possible she got into a car with someone she didn’t know. There isn’t much information about what happened to her.
