Details of Disappearance:: On July 12, 1947, Frank was in Cranston, Rhode Island. He won a sailboat race at the Edgewood Yacht Club and was invited to a party that night. His mom wanted him home after the race, but he didn’t say he couldn’t stay to the party. That’s the last time anyone saw him.
