Details of Disappearance:

Two teenage girls, Amanda Berry and Georgina DeJesus, disappeared in Cleveland, Ohio, within a short time and distance of each other. Amanda went missing in 2003, and Georgina in 2004. Police thought their disappearances were related.

Years later, in May 2013, they were found alive! They had been held captive in a house along with another woman, Michelle Knight, who disappeared in 2000. Amanda escaped and called the police. She even had a daughter while she was being held captive.

Amanda and Georgina were reunited with their families. The man who lived in the house, Ariel Castro, was arrested. The police are still investigating to find out everything that happened.
