- Marion went missing in Dinwiddie, Virginia on February 9, 2008. His four-wheeler (ATV) was found wrecked and upside down in a canal near the Appomattox River. Two years later, in July 2010, his body was found in the same canal, further downstream. It took a while to identify him – this happened in late August. Police don’t know exactly how he died, but they don’t think anyone else was involved.
