Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Brown hair, blue or brown eyes. Hustin had a thin mustache and possibly a goatee at the time of his 2001 disappearance. He wears oversized gold wire-framed eyeglasses. He has a scar on the top of his head, a birthmark on his neck and a large gap between his upper front teeth. Hustin has blisters on both of his feet. He smoked cigarettes in 2001, and his favorite drink was Pepsi. His nickname is Lenny and some agencies spell his last name “Houston.”
Details of Disappearance:
Hustin disappeared on February 5, 2001, from his home in Middleton, Michigan. A coworker gave him a ride home that evening, and she was the last person to see him. He never showed up for work the next day, which was unusual.

His apartment was untouched, with his clean laundry still by the door. Two weeks later, his blue girl’s bicycle was found abandoned in Ithaca, Michigan.

Hustin was supposed to testify against his landlord and employer, Roger Brown, who was accused of stealing a rifle and bow and assaulting a child. The theft charge was dropped when Hustin disappeared because he was the only witness. Brown pleaded guilty to the assault and was fined.

Five years later, Hustin’s sister investigated, but she was threatened and harassed, leading her to believe her brother was dead. Since his disappearance, there’s been no activity on his bank accounts or government benefits.

Hustin was a friendly, helpful person who loved his job, cats, country music, and “Dukes of Hazzard.” He was a Fulton High School graduate and planned to move. His case remains a mystery.
