Details of Disappearance:
Cooper disappeared on August 19, 2001. He was last seen in Bladensburg, Maryland, getting into a white 1992 Chevrolet Caprice with someone he knew. He called his grandmother to say he was coming to visit her in Virginia, but he never arrived.

No one knows exactly what happened. Police aren’t sure if something bad happened to him.

Cooper grew up in Washington, D.C., worked at a warehouse, and was the oldest of five brothers and sisters. His father was murdered when he was young, and his mother said he was very close to her.

The case is still unsolved. Some reports say he disappeared from a nearby town called Fort Washington, Maryland.
