- Details of Disappearance:
- Harry disappeared in Endicott, New York, sometime around September 2014. He briefly contacted family in October or November, but then vanished completely.
His son, Shawn Kostick, was arrested in 2018 and charged with several serious crimes related to his father’s disappearance, including murder and manslaughter. Police believe Shawn killed his father at their home between September 1st and October 3rd, 2014. Shawn used his father’s bank account to write bad checks after his death and threatened people who might testify against him.
In 2020, Shawn pleaded guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. He admitted to killing his father during a fight, but he wouldn’t say where Harry’s body is. Harry’s body has never been found.
