- Ulvi disappeared from St. Paul, Minnesota on a cold night in October 1978. She was living in a halfway house near Selby and Dale streets and had dinner there. She left sometime after dinner without anything – no purse, coat, or anything else. It was unusually cold for that time of year. Nobody has seen or heard from her since. We don’t know much about what happened to her.
