- Details of Disappearance:
- On August 29, 2014, Michael Latiolais was last seen on a bridge in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was sitting next to his truck, and someone talked to him around 2:00 a.m. He said he was going to West Baton Rouge, but never got there.
Later, police got a call saying someone jumped off the bridge. They searched the river, but only found his truck (still running), his phone, cigarettes, and a new motor for his boat. His wallet and crutches were gone.
His mother found his apartment damaged – walls were broken and a window was smashed. Many of his things, like his TV and guns, were also missing. His crutches were never found.
His mother thinks someone harmed him and made it look like suicide. Latiolais liked fishing, fixing cars, and drawing. He had a young daughter. The police haven’t solved his disappearance.
