- On Valentine’s Day 2018, at 11 pm, Kump disappeared. He was last seen riding his navy blue Public V1 bicycle (with chrome parts, red brakes, and maybe white racks) near Van Ness and Nevada Avenues in Fresno, California. His bike has never been found. He left all his stuff – phone, wallet, keys – at home. Kump worked as a city engineer and may have had a weapon with him. The police still don’t know what happened to him.
