- Washington was last seen in Columbia, Missouri on October 15, 2022. He had epilepsy and suffered two seizures that day. After the seizures, he left his apartment and wasn’t seen again. Sadly, his body was found on Worley Street in July 2024, just a short distance from where he was last seen. Police found no evidence that anyone harmed him.
