Details of Disappearance:: On June 6, 2008, Gunderson disappeared from his home in Salisbury, Maryland. His girlfriend, who lived with him, saw him last at noon. When she returned home later that day, the back door was open, he was gone, and his coffee was still on the burner. Surprisingly, his phone was charging, his car was in the driveway, and he’d left his cigarettes behind – things he usually wouldn’t do. His girlfriend reported him missing the next day. His family thinks he’s dead; they had him legally declared dead in 2010 and held a memorial service for him that year. Not much is known about what happened to him.
