Details of Disappearance:
Poole disappeared from her Bay Shore, New York apartment on April 29, 2010. She was last seen at 4:00 p.m. Her purse and wallet were gone, but her bank account and phone haven’t been used since.

When police checked her apartment, they found it messy, her things scattered, a piece of carpet missing, and two small bloodstains on the floor.

Poole’s sister suspects foul play. She says the landlord gave conflicting stories about the day Poole disappeared, and she thinks he’s hiding something. Because Poole’s apartment is near the water, her sister believes Poole was murdered and her body thrown into the ocean.

The case is still unsolved.
