- Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian female. Brown hair, green eyes. Fellion has a scar on the left side of her neck and a scar on her chest. She may use her maiden name, Justus, or one of her previous married names, Massey and/or Hayden. Her hair was collar-length at the time of her disappearance.
- Details of Disappearance:
- Fellion disappeared from her home in Riverview, Florida (near Highway 301) sometime between November 16th and 19th, 2001. Her husband worked different hours, so he wasn’t sure exactly when she left. She left a note saying she was going to Texas to see her daughter, but that visit had been rescheduled from Thanksgiving to Christmas. Oddly, she left behind her car and her dog, which her daughter found unusual.
While Fellion had a past criminal record, she’d been law-abiding for a while before vanishing. Her husband cooperated fully with the police investigation. Despite the note, police think she never actually left the Riverview area, and they suspect foul play was involved. Fellion worked as a bartender. Her disappearance remains a mystery.
