- Jennifer disappeared from her Oregon home on January 16, 1991. Her husband, Kim, told everyone she’d gone to rehab, but that was a lie. Jennifer’s family hadn’t heard from her for months, which was unusual. They found out there was no rehab program where Kim said she was.
Kim told police Jennifer left with a man in a white car. He didn’t report her missing because he thought she left on her own. But Jennifer and Kim had a violent history. Kim had abused her badly, and she’d gotten restraining orders against him. Police think Kim likely had something to do with Jennifer’s disappearance, but they haven’t solved the case.
