- On November 2nd, 2023, Shirley disappeared from his home on Elm Street in Bishop, California. He was riding a blue bicycle with a blue box on the back. Before leaving, he seemed worried about his safety, saying he wanted to hide. He turned off his phone and computer. Nobody has heard from him since. His bicycle was later found abandoned near Bishop Airport, by the Bishop Creek, sometime in late November.
