Details of Disappearance:
Masker disappeared in Indianapolis on April 15, 2013. The day before, she was hospitalized for a possible drug overdose. After leaving the hospital, she argued with a cousin and left their house. At 4:30 AM, she called her mom, saying two men had threatened her, and she was walking to meet her boyfriend. She was never seen or heard from again.

Masker had a newborn baby boy (her second child) in the hospital’s neonatal ICU. She’d been visiting him regularly. She’d dropped out of high school and worked as an exotic dancer. Despite her struggles with drugs and her lifestyle, her family says she would never just disappear.

Days before she vanished, her boyfriend assaulted her, and he was arrested. Her family says he frequently beat her, gave her drugs, and caused her broken bones. Police questioned him, but they think he’s hiding something.

Many people who might have information are involved in drugs and haven’t helped the police. While police haven’t found proof of a crime, Masker’s family and the police believe she’s dead, possibly abducted by someone she knew. The case is still unsolved.
